Heremana Malmezac
Managing Director
After 15 years building his business group in French Polynesia and New Caledonia, as well as developing and managing the family group, Heremana made the move to New Zealand, where he forged the partnership that would become Aedifice Property.
He has expanded the scope of action for the capital arm of the group, Aedifice Capital, soliciting investment from third parties to fund the property development activities.
Heremana is also CEO of the Malmezac Group, a group of companies with extensive business interests in New Zealand and the Pacific Rim across a wide range of asset classes and sectors, including real estate.
Gareth Clague
Fund Manager
Gareth brings his two decades of global experience across capital markets, investment and hedge fund management to the table.
He has fine-tuned his acumen over a career that has included senior roles with leading non-bank leaders in Australasia and practising law in top-tier firms in New Zealand, London and Sydney.
Highly proficient in structuring and arranging asset-backed funding, Gareth developed numerous ground-breaking wholesale funding programmes in the Australian debt capital markets, including a joint venture with a 'Big 4' Australian bank.
Iain Hamilton
Fund Manager
Iain is a lending and wealth specialist with more than 30 years in the banking and investment industry and has been involved in incorporating and managing investment structures and entities around the world.
His wealth of experience in investment and fund management affords him the insight to provide astute and practical advice to help investors realise their financial goals.
Iain holds a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) V2 in both Residential Property Lending and Investment Advice.
