The team leading Aedifice Property Group have an inherent instinct for property development borne out of their collective 70-year history of global experience and proven success in real estate.

With such experience comes confidence, as evidenced by the partners' position as the primary investors in Aedifice Property Group. The three partners will also serve on the Board of the General Partner.

The team's refined acumen, blended with their synergy and complementary skillsets, has led to the Group's organic growth over the last decade and its ongoing success.

Being such a tightly-knit leadership team, their forward-thinking and nimble decision-making process enable them to move with agility to identify and maximise opportunities.

Kieran Doe

Managing Director

As founder and Managing Director of a privately owned group of property investment and development companies, Kieran has successfully established an enviable reputation for delivering exceptional results for all stakeholders and partners.

He has a strong talent for identifying unique growth potential opportunities and change-of-use strategies. Kieran brings a depth of experience and the drive to ensure the successful execution and mandates of Aedifice Property Group projects.

Francois Beziac

Director

Francois brings more than 30 years of property development experience to the table, running the Operations arm of Aedifice Property Group.

Originally from France, he was Regional Director for the south of France of a large real estate company overseeing the development of over 1,000 properties per year.

After building a successful business contracting and managing real estate operations throughout the south of France, he and his family settled in Queenstown, where he established Aedifice Property, and then to Auckland to bring his successful development model to the Auckland market.

Heremana Malmezac

Director

After 15 years building his business group in French Polynesia and New Caledonia, as well as developing and managing the family group, Heremana made the move to New Zealand, where he forged the partnership that would become Aedifice Property.

He has expanded the scope of action for the capital arm of the group, Aedifice Capital, soliciting investment from third parties to fund the property development activities.

Heremana is also CEO of the Malmezac Group, a group of companies with extensive business interests in New Zealand and the Pacific Rim across a wide range of asset classes and sectors, including real estate.
